I had a bit of a crisis at Durban airport and Tracey made a plan and went beyond what was required to assist, which resulted in my flight going smoothly.
My order, 104580, was cancelled (after waiting for an hour) 2 weeks ago. At that time, the payment was not yet processed. I got a mail asking for banking details the next day and noticed that the payment was then processed. I sent it and apparently that logged a new ticket, 169237. I have not received any further feedback or the refund. I attempted to reset the password for freshdesk accounts that were created for both email addresses (the one on my scoot account and the one in the reply) and that gives an error.
I ordered some Erythritol online from Caring Candies. Shipping was quite quick and included a hand-signed letter thanking for the order. The main thing that could do with some improvement is that the packing could skip the polystyrene foam for an order containing nothing remotely fragile.
