My mum has a hospital cash back with Nedbank. RND6397003720K. We are extremely disappointed with this product and process. She was paying for this policy from 2015. I communicated with this company and they asked me to submit proof of hospital stay. After running around and getting the documents and submitting, they come back to me by saying they can’t assist because the email I’m submitting from is not on the clients records. I don’t see how this matters because the admission documents have all my mums details. It’s just a matter of paying out into her bank account. This product seems like it is a ****. They are ****ming old people into paying for something and time to payout they don’t want to. Please don’t **** people!!
Very disappointed with this company service. The contacted me with regard to an unclaimed pension fund for my brother. We submitted all documents in November 2024. Till now there is no feedback
Good day Mancosa is taking very long with my student refund. I deregistered on the 21st of February. Within the 20 business days. It took two weeks for my student advisor to process this. Now that she processed they keep saying it is at the finance department. They must approve. I emailed refunds they saying there’s no credit on my account as they are waiting for finance department. I was told my liability will be my registration. Which I accepted. But I need the balance of my money. People need to live. This went to the accounts department on the 4th of March. Soon it will be another two weeks. This is really disappointing!! How long more would I need to wait? Is there no way to speed up the process. I call and call but all they say is we need to wait for finance department. Next refunds department will take forever to process!!! My student number is 181725. Can someone please sort this matter for me.
I registered to study with Mancosa. However couldn’t continue due to personal reasons. I de registered my studies on the 19th business day after confirmation of registration. Their rule book says 20business days. I took a picture of the date I processed the de registration. It was the 21st of February. I keep calling them and they keep saying it is with the accounts department. You only have one person in accounts department? I am waiting two weeks now for someone to tell me if my refund is processed and when I will receive. I went on my mancosa page and I see the date refund processed has now changed to the 23rd of February. This is completely wrong and really suspicious. I have proof that I processed on the 21st. When will mancosa process my refund? Do I need to get further legal advice and publish my proof? We work so hard and need our money. It is not fair to wait for our money. I Student number 181725
