The website won't let me change my rating after the issue was sorted by Ubersolar.
Initially had a very pleasant experience with Ubersolar. Two initial installations followed by a third plus an extension. Then the system started acting up. One pump packed up, which they replaced, then I had multiple leaks. Each time Uber would fix them. Fair play. The final leak caused heavy damage to my ceiling boards. Their repairman told me it was a geyser burst, not their installation. They gave me a quote to replace the geyser and ceiling. I contacted my insurance, who sent an inspection team. Turns out, it was sub-standard material (toilet style stop**** and plastic piping) that had caused the leak. Insurance refused to pay, quoting long-term leakage as the issue. So Uber actually lied about the geyser. The second geyser they installed for also had the same issue. Who uses plastic piping, and cheap stop****s on a heating system? Needless to say, I don't trust that they will fix the issue properly, so am currently sitting with a system that is not being used.
Seems a lot of people are having the same issue. I transferred money from my online banking account to Ithuba on the 21st January. It is still not reflecting. I emailed them the proof of payment on the 28th to the email address on their website, no response. I have now contacted my bank to see how to take this forward.
Well done to Man With A Van. Their service was excellent and their guys were experts. Efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again.
Planet Fitness again messed up my debit order. I emailed their support and asked for the difference back, as well as to cancel my account. After a *few weeks*, they contacted me and said I would be reimbursed and the account would be cancelled (Ref: PF1273440).
No money has been returned.
This month, they again debited my account, which they shouldn't have done because the account is paid in advance and i cancelled last month, and they debited it for the incorrect amount again anyway.

Unless you are looking for an accounting nightmare with zero customer service, stay away from Planet Fitness!!
For the second time in about 9 months, an arb amount has been deducted from my account by Planet Fitness. The amount is not the same as my subscription amount, which was also deducted, and just seems to be some arbitrary value.
Their web page has no contact details for their accounts department, so it may as well go on here.
