I put in my solar geyser some time ago. From the beginning, the service was excellent. The after service care is great and this is so important because most companies ignore you once the product has been bought. Last week I needed their help. A special thanks to Zee ( who promptly arranged that Simba comes out the next day) and to Simba for his patience and politeness. I would recommend this company.

Great product and exceptional service from Zeenith and James. The water heating system greatly reduced our electricity bill, and when minor tweaks were required to optimize the system, they were very quick to respond and provide on-site support -even during covid.

In the world of Solar Geysers there are lots of options, competitors and solutions and it requires someone to stand out. I decided to go with UberSolar given a positive reference from a colleague and the comprehensive information provided. They were quick to provide a quote and confirm installation, but this is where it stopped. The solar system was installed without the controller (this was not shared up-front) and numerous empty promises were provided with regard to their receipt of the controllers and then the subsequent installation. A month later we still do not have the controller installed and there is still no confirmation of delivery. Knowing what I know now I would definitely have gone with one of the cheaper more proactive solutions and installers.

Initially had a very pleasant experience with Ubersolar. Two initial installations followed by a third plus an extension. Then the system started acting up. One pump packed up, which they replaced, then I had multiple leaks. Each time Uber would fix them. Fair play. The final leak caused heavy damage to my ceiling boards. Their repairman told me it was a geyser burst, not their installation. They gave me a quote to replace the geyser and ceiling. I contacted my insurance, who sent an inspection team. Turns out, it was sub-standard material (toilet style stop**** and plastic piping) that had caused the leak. Insurance refused to pay, quoting long-term leakage as the issue. So Uber actually lied about the geyser. The second geyser they installed for also had the same issue. Who uses plastic piping, and cheap stop****s on a heating system? Needless to say, I don't trust that they will fix the issue properly, so am currently sitting with a system that is not being used.

Disappointed in the after service when issues arise that isn't simple to deal with. Have been getting issues with the system they installed for months now and while pleasing and his team have repaired a leak, changed the pump I still am not getting my system to heat up. I WhatsApp pleasing with no response now, i emailed zeenath and James without response as well. It appears as they are avoiding looking at the issue and determining if there is a larger issue at hand. If there isn't anything that's fine, but that can't be determined without looking first. I have other installers saying their systems heat up to 70 degrees on a average day, mine stays luke warm at best. Limescale buildup on the manifold shows a leak somewhere as well potentially.

<div>Uber Solar workmanship is terrible, my house and the solar heater they installed looks terrible and started leaking/ breaking within the first month because they used non UV resistant material together with poor installation workmanship. The owner does not live up to his warranty and simply ignores any calls/ emails. </div>
