Firstly the lady who I enquired with at Paws gone wild is amazing,she was friendly and communicated with me efficiently via WhatsApp provided me will all the details and the booking of an appointment for my fur princess was done easily. My sweet fur baby has epilepsy and has anxiety when separated from us her family,she really doesn't like anyone to touch her except for us,her family. However,the groomers were gentle and simply amazing with her! They are mobile,they come to your house,they are so good with your fur babies! They work smart and neat,cleaning up as if they were not there. I had a few pictures as to how I would like my fur baby to be cut and groomed the groomer did an exceptional job I will always recommend Paws gone wild grooming to anyone who loves and spoils their fur baby as I do!
I'm a GBV survivor in 2020 I was married to a Liberty employee on an executive level. For two years I was mentally,emotionally,physically,***ually financially violated by this Liberty Life employee who is an executive at Liberty Life .I finally got the courage to get a protection order against him based on facts and evidence which he did not oppose in court.For example me apologizing for something that was not my fault holding his hand he turned my pinky finger so far back that it was fractured. Because as an only child my dad would call me everyday he would accuse my dad of being in love with me and tell me that my dad has his own wife.When I tried calling my parents he would beat me break my phone,break my spectacle's when I stood up for myself responding to him,he would hit me like a man.I would go to the emergency room so that IV pain killers would ease the pain from my head and body.He took out a protection order against my dad advising my dad was the breakdown of the marriage which the court did not grant because he didn't want my father to enter the marital home as I had police remove my ex husband from the marital home.Thereafter in his legal communication he advised he will drop the protection order against my dad which was not granted if I dropped the protection order against him. My father and I went to court where the magistrate advise that his false protection order should not have even appeared in court. In 2022 I initiated the divorce,he opposed the divorce for 3 years.I had to take him to court to get divorced, finally in October 2025 I had a trail date however he opted to give me a settlement which we both signed in front of witnesses,where he agreed to not oppose the divorce as he did not want to go to trial.In October 2025 I received my settlement agreement where he provided me a with a portion of his pension held with Liberty the company he works for in the amount which equates to 50 % of the total amount he declared in legal documents and a portion of his funds held with Allan Gray. I requested the assistance of a financial broker who would retrieve the funds to invest it. Allan Gray assisted us efficiently. However,Liberty requested a fund nam,a scheme name and a membership number as per his settlement agreement all that needed to be provided was his employee number and ID number.My brokers contacted him requesting the information however he abruptly advised speak to his lawyers.My attorney sent a request to his attorney however there was no response. I have been retrenched since September 2022 actively looking for employment hence after investing my settlement money I can live of the stipend until I find employment. When I initiated the divorce I was employed therefore never needed maintenance however circumstances changed.Towards 2023 my mum was diagnosed with brain cancer.It been really rough especially waiting for a court date where I had to relive the GBV domestic violence abuse. I took it upon myself as a last resort to write a respectful email to the CEO of Liberty Life who shares the same surname as my abusive ex husband who is an employee of Liberty Life explaining all the details of my GBV domestic violence by his employee who is an executive at Liberty Life advising that Liberty Life who my violent ex husband is employed by,whose pension is held with advised my broker they required was the fund name,the Scheme number and the Membership Number to complete the withdrawal notification for divorce order form. I attached both our ID's,the marriage certificate,the decree of divorce and the settlement court ordered by the judge of the High Court.I attached the protection order,provided my attorney's details he required to verify anything. However he referred my request to the Customer Liasion Manager at Liberty Life who advised me that that have flagged their employee,my abusive ex husbands account,the settlement agreement which was drawn up by my ex abusive husband who is an executive employed by Liberty Life is ambiguous and will not be enforced. I rep**** to her to clarify the fact that I have a settlement agreement drawn up by my abusive ex husband who is employed by Liberty Life is null and void which was court ordered by a judge of the High Court,I cc'd my attorney and my broker in the email to clarify does if the Customer Liasion Manager requires me to go back to court to relive my GBV domestic violence with my ex husband who is an executive employed at Liberty Life however I am left hanging with no assistance from Liberty Life as the employees at Liberty Life who deals with the withdrawal notification for divorce order required my abusive ex husband's fund name, scheme code and his membership number to proceed forward however the Customer Liasion Manager advises me that my court order settlement and decree of divorce can not be enforced hence Liberty Life protects their staff that are on an executive level which are GBV abusers who abuse women with evidence provided. However,our South African president has taken a stand GBV domestic violence however Liberty Life supports a GBV domestic violence abuser especially if he is an executive at Liberty Life making it so difficult for the ex spouses of this GBV abuser who is employed by Liberty Life on an executive level to retrieve what is court ordered to be paid out to the ex spouses from their employees pension fund held with Liberty Life!
One can simply not get hold of a consultant to change your phone number as anything you want help with requires an OTP number sent to a cellphone number you no longer have. Wifi is currently down and not able to get through Mwebs automated nonsense to get any assistance, one needs to go through to new sales as a "new customer " however still cannot get a hold of a consultant because there are 30 unanswered calls in Mwebs queue . Poor after service and their robotic automated voice prompt service makes it impossible to get a hold of Mweb
As a retired employee from Nedbank I opted to take the gap cover offered by Nedbank which Sirago are the underwriters for. My wife went to the dentist for dentures whereby there was a shortfall. I contacted Sirago and described the shortfall we needed covered. Documents were sent to us by them which we completed and returned with the necessary shortfall bills requested by them. From the 20th July 2023 I have contact the call center which continuously tells me that they require the supporting documents which I have sent to them I also received emails from them requesting the documentation I have already sent. My daughter who works for Nedbank emailed the account manager Gift Mahlangu on the 24 August 2023 advising of the above whereby on the 25 August, Gift advices that Sirago does not cover shortfalls for dentures however gaslighted us in the email that we were responsible for the atrocious covert abusive narcissistic treatment and service we were given by Sirago. If they had told us that from the beginning we would not have gone through the inconvenience and frustration they put us through its not rocket science to be advised that Sirago does not cover this particular shortfall and case closed. However as 68 year old pensioners who belong to the South African Indian race group we are abused in a narcissistic manner by Nedbank's Sirago Gap cover if I were a black or white South African I would have been treated with dignity. Nedbank Sirago Gap Cover before you offer any Indian retired employee or any Indian staff currently employed with you make sure you clue the Indian race group of the covert abusive narcissistic treatment they will endure.
John was very accommodating and the service was good at quote stage.the guys arrived on time but then it all fell apart,literally and figuratively. No care was taken when offloading and we had to continuously remind them of boxes and items clearly marked as delicate.. they did not care. They were several bumps and scratches on doors, walls, etc which I was not concerned about. A piece of furniture with sentimental value was damaged in the move.we begged John for days to come have a look and get ot fixed as he claims that insurance was taken. He did eventually come but has since not taken any of our calls,emails, what's apps or smses. John is dishonest and not a good business man.do not use this company if you value your possessions.
