Unfortunately there isn't a 0 star option Tymebank put my account on debit hold 8 months ago, im still struggling to get it open and access my funds. Ive sent emails then im directed this section then i dont here anything, i had to do a affidavit and i did but they cant locate it. Very poor service, been phoning, emailing, swearing the whole lot but still to no avail
Absolutely awesome shop to go to. My son threw a very bad tantrum and i was struggling so the manager went and bought him ice cream, got him a small trolley and tried to intertain him while i was quickly doing my shopping. They give so much care to their customers.
Highly recommend them. Quick response on panic or alarm trigger. Vechiles are also trust worthy, great Mechanic working for them so they are always ready to move.
Have never in my life had such poor service. I placed a order for delivery, delivery was sent 12 February 2022 and order was sent back due to the person not being home, i have ever since been trying to get a refund and all i ever get is a automated message to say i will be contacted and i should send my details, i have sent forms, my details and all numerous times but up till now still have not veen helped, i have even asked for a voucher rather than refund hoping i will get some help but also not. Utterly poor service.
