Bad attitude
I had a very bad experience at kFC in Yarona shopping center there’s a lady called Matlou a very rude lady I asked for assistance from her and she just gave a very rude attitude and she didn’t even bother to assist me first of all am a customer…..so please kfc training your employees on how to treat customers

Poor customer service
Am so ****ed now with this Ikeja thing coz everytime I send a WhatsApp text they take very long to respond or not respond at all and their connection is always poor it is always disconnected and there’s nothing they are doing about it they have a very very poor customer service

Poor customer service
Their service is very very poor 😡each time my WiFi has a problem of connecting and they seem to not even care and when one texts them on WhatsApp they take long to answer texts
