The blonde lady at the counter of Lindt tygeravalley, think her name was Lizel? She’s honestly the best best person for the store. She’s so friendly and over out of this world customer service! Absolutely love going there and seeing here
Shocking returns and customer service. After waiting a week for someone to get back to me, basically begging and pleading for an answer they respond and organize collection for the return. The item gets collected 10 days ago and today I notice the money is still not in my account. No one bothered to tell me anything either. After contacting they said yes they received it and will be processed soon. So it’s been almost 25 days and I still don’t have my money back??? Will I ever get my money? The business owner Candice makes this company seem like such a safe trusting place but in reality they really are not. You don’t get help. You don’t get your money back. I don’t even have the item. And to top it off, the staff at the Table View shop are so judgy and miserable. I felt very uncomfortable at the store shopping
Specially for VEGANS, VEGETARIANS AND NON PORK OR SPECIFIC MEAT EATERS. When we arrived service was already terrible. I told 2 different people we had a booking and they said they’d find out which table it was. Both times they left me waiting and started serving food. Eventually I kicked up a fuss and was guided to our table. Already annoyed but I know the foods always really good, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Once we ordered our food (4 of us, 3 having the same thing, eggs Benedict) we waited 45 min for our food, then we realized the table next to us who arrived after us got their food. They told us their order was wrong too. The waitress couldn’t help us so we went inside to find out where the food was. Eventually a meal came out (the one different meal) which was supposed to be the salted caramel french toast. Which came out with bacon on it and a different type of french toast. My friend said I purposely ordered the salted caramel because i don’t eat bacon. The waitress was very apologetic took the food away, and immediately brought it back. We could immediately see they just took the bacon off. Then my friend said, I can see you’ve just taken the bacon off, I’m allergic to bacon and I ordered the salted caramel this is a different meal. Waitress took the food back to the kitchen. At this point the other 3 meals started to arrive (eggs Benedict - none had Hollandaise sauce and all the eggs were cooked wrong) Eventually the “salted caramel French toast” arrived for the third time. As we all were about to start eating the owner arrived to say sorry. He also just wanted double checked that my friend was allergic to bacon and didn’t just not eat it. She told him yes she’s severely allergic. He then said okay I need to take that back then because they didn’t know you were allergic so they rearranged the one with bacon on🙈 I then, in shock said to him, so if she wasn’t allergic it would be fine to just pick the bacon out? He said yes they didn’t know she was allergic or they wouldn’t just pick it out 🙈🙈 SO VEGANS, VEGETARIANS AND THOSE WHO DONT EAT PORK, or any specific meat, just know they think it’s okay for meat to be mixed with non meat items and serve it. The 3 of us who had the eggs Benedict felt terrible to waist food at this point, tried to eat it and all had to spit out the first bite, it was all disgusting. The salted caramel French toast did arrive after the fourth try, but the bread was raw 🙈 I understand having a bad day, but knowingly mixing meat and non meat items is unacceptable 🙈
