Purchased a twizz mop last month, doesn't work the way it should. I twist it all the way till it cannot turn anymore, but the water is still SOAKED IN THE MOP AND DOESN'T COME OUT. it's like it was never squeezed at all! Pathetic product, and I'm definitely not happy with my purchase
Pathetic bottles as they leak profusely, even if you fill them less than quarter full. Get ready to waste alot of money on formula that leaks out of the bottles, and that's not even the worst of it- this bottle has potential of soaking up your baby's clothing and causing mess and misery with almost every feed. I sent in emails, only to be told how I could POSSIBLY avoid the spillage, whereas NONE of those tips are helpful as the bottles are the problem, not the way in which they are being used. Pathetic customer service, and even more pathetic Bottles. Should have just stuck with Tommee Tippee
I've had this company contact me regarding a mr.price account, we made a payment arrangement to pay the amounts agreed upon over three months, I paid the first month, and then lost my job for the second month, so when they contacted me regarding payment, I explained the situation and the lady advised that my payment agreement still stands should I make 2 payments within the 3rd month (1 at the beginning of the month, and one at the end of the month - to suffice for month 2 lapsed payment, for which I had a valid reason) so as agreed upon, I made the 2 payments over the month of February as agreed upon. Now they're calling me and asking for more payment, I've forwarded proof of payments to them on their email and queried the issue with them via email as well, but the automated response i eventually received was that my ticket was closed, but no one contacted me, and or rep**** to my issue. Im frustrated and absolutely angry with them calling me and demanding payment when I kept to my payment agreement, they said that their calls are recorded and they will go through my previous conversations and see if the payment agreement i made, was actually said to me by the lady that called me, but its been months again, and my issue hasn't been given any attention, or been the slightest bit resolved. This nonsense is affecting my credit record and I've made a 101% effort to clear this account at the agreed time, but it all seems like a waste because this thieving company doesn't care about helping a person clear a debt, or anything.
Purchased 6 doughnuts from the branch at Old Fort Road, Durban. Got home and they were rock hard. Every time I try to call the store number, no one answers, so I didn't even bother to waste my time and try. Went to return it the following day, and the staff and manager refused to believe it was purchased stale. They say that maybe it got stale overnight since I brought it back the next day. Do they expect me to do a freshness test of their food items the minute I get into my uber ? ****** ridiculous. Disappointed as im a regular at their establishment.
Purchased 2 Restonic Luxembourg Beds in December 2020. A few months in, I've been waking up to serious back pain, which I never assumed were related to the bed, until I started to feel the springs against my body, as the bed concaved and sunk in when we layed on it. Its starting to make a noise here and there and the springs are causing serious issues with my back and my husband's as well. Despite having a bed, we are now sleeping on the floor! Extremely disappointing with the quality and comfort level of the bed as its still in mint condition and looks brand new and beautiful, but I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in a long time
