They do branding and printing on products. Honestly the worst company you could have doing your printing. I requested printing on key rings, it was saddening to see how they can delivery such bad quality. Besides branding on the key ring, they placed stickers on the even when THEIR INVOICE STIPULATED DIGITAL. Although there was discolouration, the stickers were placed ups down and too small for the key ring. It is so embarrassing to support a company like them. R900 later, I am forced to find someone else to fix their mess. I would never suggest them to anyone and I would never use them again for my printing. Time does not justify terrible work, if there was a time constraint, they could have told us and we would have gone somewhere else. BUT time does not alter the quality of the product. There was no communication about the time constraint and what was requested, was not given.
I am disappointed with Afrihost service! We have had issues with the emails for a week and Afrihost is not able to resolve the problem. Everytime we log a complaint there is a different issue. We are trying to run a business and we are not able to receive or send emails. Every consultant that we have spoken to , spends at least an hour on the phone and still there is no resolve!! We have spoken to at least 5 people and it has been very frustrating!! We need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as it is affecting our business!!!!
Honestly have no words how pathetic this service is. For a year now I have been informing Telkom that I have canceled them as our service provider. Emailing them the proof of cancelation and registering that they have received our cancelation papers. They still call us everyday asking for payment. SORRY! payment for what!! we have sent them the proof multiple times and they still do not understand what cancelation means. Please do get your ducks in order, when someone has canceled and has been confirmed, look at the system and recognise that before demanding for money and threatening to taking them to court. This is pathetic, I am glad they are no longer our service providers.
