I will never buy online again . Please an order on Monday & Its Friday already the courier company forgot to pick up my order at Polowane. I then asked for my refund & wasn't helped by the called an efficient way, they weren't helpful . They told me a team leader will call back, but nobody called.
Manager & staff are rude & they sold me the incorrect size twice and refuse to change.
I am using LekkeSlaap & Travelground for years. There was a group of pensioners about 11 ladies which we booked a house called Deja Blu on the Southbroom. As soon as we entered the property there were a number of maintenance issues. We booked 2 months prior to our coming & this nightmare house everything was wrong,How does Travelground advertise a house charge people R1750 a night but nothing works . We were ********** , the circumstance of being stranded & we must just settle for these conditions. One of the old ladies could of been admitted in hospital because the shower door was a problem & it shattered .Travelground is failing to understand the the seriousness of my unhappy friends who may I say are senior citizens. We drove almost 2 hours so that the ladies can swim & have some activities to do hence that is why we chose Deja Blu. How deceiving can the pictures be because the pool was as green as Mos , plus the creepy crawly wasn’t working. Upon arrival Nigel the caretaker had mentioned to the ladies about the diaper being stuck in the pool & creepy crawly, he also told us that the pool will be cleaned the next day & it will be available for use. He didn’t come back to sort it out & neither could we use it the next day because it was the same colour. My point is the maintenance of the property was very poor, I would of not advertised the place if there were so many things such as the stove & air fryer that was not working. Do you guys not work with a checklist ? Put yourself in our shoes as I was in tears because we wanted to be placed in a better accommodation which we were happy with. We only ended up staying because it was already 4pm that afternoon & driving around to the next accommodation would have been a waste as we were hungry already from the 2hr drive. I would of not paid at all for this accommodation as we all felt like we have been ********** especially being pensioners coming so far to come to problems. I dealt with LekkeSlaap for years with Ryan Mostert, Cherine & Megan & have stayed In Mooi River Luxury , Marlin Manor & Margate Sands never had I experience such a horrible stay. It feels more like a nightmare . One of the guests went to shower & 3 of us ladies were sitting in that same room after we heard a scream & the shower door shatters into pieces with splinters stuck all over her legs . I wont be wasting airtime to call you guys several times to complain about our unhappiness. Laney Naidu

Rain Robbed me ,they took my money for 10sim cards .They refuse to help me with Rica although i provided 2 different sets of documents for Rica which is valid because they are bank statements.Their Rica department dont have phones,the call center logged 9 cases ,saying i will be contacted,nobody actually calls u .They promised to force activate the cards and now its day 3 my cards are not Rica.I have to now cancel my order because my money is not important.Neither am I
Rain is the worst at answering their phone on their customer support.The Pakistani's waste your airtime trying to assist you.Everytime I activate simcards it takes 1 week for rain to Rica.The worst service provider.
Its been a whole weekend and my cards haven't been approved yet I have provide the Rica Documents. My husband paid rain for 10 cards they took the money and haven't approved my sim cards. Time is money, Is there not enough workers in Rain because when you call the call center it just rings. I loaded R50 airtime and no answer. What kind of service is this.
I am holding on for 20 minutes, I took a photo on my phone that nobody is picking up their 087 515 9404 number
