I purchased my new Nissan Magnite just 10 months ago, and it has been a nightmare of constant problems. This car is fundamentally flawed. From the beginning, it has exhibited serious issues: · Transmission/Gearbox Failure: The most alarming problem is the persistent "auto gearbox failure" warning. The car often refuses to reverse, requiring forceful acceleration. When I do manage to engage reverse (R), the gearbox grinds and whines loudly. Frequently, I must shift back to Drive (D) before it will accept Reverse again. · Complete Lack of Power & Overheating: The car has no power. Even on mild inclines, I must accelerate excessively, and it reports engine overheating on hilly terrain. · Dangerous Braking System: The brakes are terrible. They are unresponsive and produce disturbing grinding noises when app****. · Electrical Failure: Now, the battery has begun to fail, requiring jump starts to get the car running. Imagine—a car barely a year old needing jump starts! Nissan's Ineffective Service: What infuriates me most is Nissan's response. I reported all these issues during the free service period (under 30,000 km). They claimed a "throttle" problem was fixed, but nothing changed. The car remains defective, and my complaints have not been fully addressed. It is clear from my experience and numerous similar complaints online that these are widespread manufacturing faults. A friend who bought the same car found its value had plummeted after just a year when trying to exchange it. This car is all looks and no substance. I deeply regret choosing Nissan and live with this disappointment daily. For a brand with Nissan's reputation, this is utterly unacceptable. My advice: Stay away from Nissan if you want a reliable vehicle and stress-free ownership. Their product is faulty, and their service does not resolve the critical issues.
DO NOT TRUST GEMIN MOTORS OR "MR BUCKS"! I saw their ad promising to help blacklisted people get a car, so I contacted them. I spoke to a guy named Bucks and was very clear: "Will this be a hard check that hurts my score?" He rep**** looking me straight in the eye (figuratively) and said NO, it's only a soft check with no major impact. I did the application based on that lie. Then... NOTHING. Bucks completely ghosted me. No call, no email, no "sorry you didn't qualify." Just radio silence. Even asked him, but he was 'busy' to respond all of a sudden. Day later, I check my credit report and find a HARD ENQUIRY from Gemin Motors! My score has dropped significantly because of their lie. This led me to believe they specifically prey on people with bad credit, lie to get their consent, trash their score even more, and then vanish. This is a predatory and disgusting practice. They made my situation worse. Save yourself the hassle and damage—stay far away.
This institution is a Scam. I demand my refund ASAP. As a first year student, my experience with this institution has been shockingly dissaponting to say the least. After having paid my registration, NO further Communication took place. They just went quiet and MIA. I wrote multiple emails to the school and T.white- a dude who was assisting with registration- only to find that he doesn't work there when i talked about him. My payment hasn't been reflected after 2 full weeks having paid it and my modules are not appearing not to mention the study material and neither of the resources- Mind you we are already into the 3rd week of our academic scheduled calender year and i don't even know what are my modules yet. I am truly disgusted with the service and do not trust that my future is secure with this disorganized institution.
