I'm very disappointed and angry at the service I got from them,especially Carol and Nicol,they are very RUDE,Nicol is worse cause the day we came fto pay for my brothers grave,she didn't explain the teams and conditions of the grave,today 30rd of July 2025,I called and both ladies were so rude and for the money that we are paying there,they dont deserve to work there,I'm very disappointed.
I bought 2 white picknpay bread yesterday at Picknpay Southgate mall (07/02/2025)around 17:20,one bread has a died fly inside,I'm so so angry at this present moment,this shows that the hygiene standard is not on point.My name is Shirley my contact number is 0734378717
M very disappointed by the way B3 treats us,I've being having this 2 policies for more than 10 yrs now and they decided to change the underwriter,now as clients we have to suffer,our premiums went up by 35%or 50% where you have to choose and we don't have a choice,they ddnt even discuss it with us,the only option they gave us is to look for another services and obviously we going to lose,as we speak I am paying 545 then if it goes up by 50% it's a lot,I don't have that kind of money,we ddnt sign for this, they dont have a rights to change our policies,now this is a daylight robbery....
