I did an withdrawal over 15 hours ago. My account was locked i had to phone and they unlocked my account, thereafter I purchased a withdrawal i am still waiting. Usually I wait 1-2 hours for my money. This is really unexpeptable. I had to put R150 airtim

Inactive account
I have been trying to log into my account for the past 3 days. It shows account Inactive. I called Betway and the agent confirmed that it should be resolved within 24 hours up to now nothing no communication that they working on the issue, absolutely nothing. I have lost out on good games. this past weekend.

Bad quality
Regret buying from them. Very bad quality, do not buy from this shop. When I confronted them they insist it's good quality but you must see it not evens a month and it looks like you have it for a year. Wish I never bought from them.

Rain promise to pay
I'm very disappointed in Rain. I can believe after giving them a good rating they doing this. After 2 DAYS I'm still not connected, I have assignments due and my children are bothering me without WI-FI. My account shows active and I am still not connected, I praiesd their promise to pay but now I'm without WI-FI. I spoke to an agent yesterday but never get a response back. I even asked for a call back. What should I do to get any assistance!!
