Very slow picking and invoicing by staff at counter... only Customer in line and still wait môre than 30 minutes for 20 x tungsten and 5kg of tig wire to be collected...
The Outsurance Team really went out of their way to assist getting my Business cover and outsured...many thanks to Ettienne Baadjies and Chanel Erasmus for their exceptional service, knowledge and patience.
Really not a good company...i cancelled my service with them on the 1st of the month...I supply them with relevant ticket numbers with regards to that, and still i get billed 2 months later???
I applied for a 500/250 fibre line...ever since activation the line speed was only 200/100...yet every single month I was billed for the 500/250 line...the difference for 3 months amounts to R1050 and yet I was only credited with R150...really??. The whatsapp chat is a joke and a person called Walter was the worst customer service agent I ever came into contact with. I will be cancelling my service and will never recommend Shlepafrica to anyone
