I logged a dispute 5 weeks ago and was told to send documents which I did,The so called investigator hasn't acknowledged receipt and for the 3 weeks I have been calling back to back "isn't in office" and never gets back to me for an update or assurance,they then hide behind "it takes 30-90 days" but no one says ***ol
If you want money constantly ****** from your account and useless ***** investigators open a business account with this bank
As the bank is getting more customers the quality of service is going down,almost 2 months ago I lodged a dispute(yes I know it’s 90 days blah blah) but I haven’t even received the form to fill in(usually this would happen within 3 days,7 days at most.Ive been with the bank since 2019 they didn’t even sell airtime back then)Angazi hey,its kuningi 😫
Capitec business is such ****,I lodged a dispute and no one has really contacted me,they send me random emails as if I’m being done a favour.The person sending the email doesn’t even have a number you can contact on the email signature
I have a case I reported of the sales person *****ing money from me now the manager Cleo won’t pick my calls anymore
Be careful of sending your documents to anyone who works here,they will use them for car applications without your consent.****** *******
I lodged a dispute more than 2 weeks ago and have not received any communication from the bank,I have called several times and it’s apparently been escalated but nothing has come of that.This bank clearly can’t handle the influx of customers cause it wasn’t like this when it started and I have decided after this I will be closing my account.
Discovery bank are *****s.I requested closure of fore accounts on the 10th January and the banker said she would call me back and never did.Yesterday they took bank charges for these forex accounts which were supposed to have been closed a month ago.I want my money back
On my first claim with naked it was seamless,now I was ****** at gunpoint and have given all the information required but it’s hurdle after hurdle.first it was the nickname of my second device now they are saying they want screenshots from the last time the phone was used(I’m sure they can get this somewhere else) how will I send screenshots from a Nokia 3310?the lady reviewing my case deliberately sent me an email at 16:38 knowing that it’s passed business hours and I won’t be able to get ahold of them.I’ve volunteered to go to their offices so they can extract all this information once and for all and let me know if they are declining my claim or not(cause that’s where it seems like it’s going cause they want things I have no access to)
I was being assisted by Douglas to get my refund and I got the 1 refund the second one is not coming through and my emails are being ignored and calls not going through.The 5-7 days stipulated is over now I don’t know which route to go anymore to get the rest of my money .
