Terrible Spa treatments at Valley Lodge Spa
I booked a few treatments for our Anniversary. First treatment back scrub then back neck and shoulder massage. Room was very dark they could not see if the scrub was washed off properly. They started the massage realized there was still scrub on our backs, arms, stopped massaging got a towel wiped off the scrub and oil and started the massage again . This happened 4 times. Then I had a gel manicure my husband a pedicure. We were supposed to choose our lunch before starting that never happened. The gel UV light never worked properly. I asked her to get another one, second one also not great. My husbands toe nails have been cut very very short , the the****** did not know how to file the corns on the toes , also not great on filing the heels. We decided not to have lunch as we were told it would take a hour once you have ordered. We visit different spas every 6 weeks ,this has to have been the worst.Beautiful facility but badly managed

No one should rent from these people, they are crooks. My Dad moved in to a newly painted apartment.I did the inspection with Anita for my Dad and noted that the panel of the cupboard where the fridge goes had water damage. I took photos of the panel before he moved in and sent it to Anita from CSI. My Dad unfortunately got sick and had to move out within 2 months. We got an account from CSI which came off his deposit for the water damaged panel , for paint specks on the kitchen cupboards, a blind had been put up in the kitchen but under the blind there were holes from curtain rail, we were charged for that. One of the cupboards had a mark inside, we were billed for that. The best one was for damage to the balcony, what a joke my Dad was 86 and could barely walk ,how on earth could he damage the balcony. They refused to deal with me because I never signed the contract. Then they came up with the Popi act as a reason for not wanting to deal with me. Once I was appointed as my Dads Executor , she then said oh this case is over and we can’t go back to the queries. Don’t rent from CSI property management.cS
