Poor Service
Very untidy place and old beds that are not even comfortable, poor management, parking very disorganised, people parking as they wish Bad food at the restaurant

If you get a chance South Africans, stay far away from this company, they’re running a serious ****, we made a booking for accommodation in Cape Town, and when we get there, the place was renovated and we were left stranded without accommodation, when we made enquiries, we were told that they can only refund us R500 from R15000 cause we didn’t asked for them to find us an alternative place, whereas we only learnt on our arrival that there’s no accommodation, they’re no where to be found Please stay away from this company, it’s a serious ****

I have been struggling to get my claim to be aproved, upon approval, they did shody work, and the car is still has to stay at the workshop since I couldn't accept their ***** explanation. Their claim consultant (Calyn) resorted not to field my calls
