Mif Cheese
Hi good day I bought yesterday the Lancewood block cheese at Fairfield Meat Centre. This morning when I wanted to use the cheese I saw how miffed it is. I would really like to know how could you people sell stuff like this to your customers, don't you do follow up on your stock to check the quality. I stay in Delft to go all the way back there now I don't think its right. Bad customer service

Bad customer service
Received really bad service at Mr price at Zevenwacht mall, I did make a lay buy on the 10/04/2022, and on Friday the 10/06/2022 I wanted to take the lay buy out. So the cashier who helped me when to go looked for the lay buy but when she returned you've could see a strange look on her face. No communication. She went back there after a few minutes she came back again to say they still looking they could not find the lay buy. We went from there to other shops to give them enough time to search for the lay bye. As we returned the cashier was back on the till with no lay bye with her all she said they couldn't find the lay bye. How unethical no customer service and what makes it bad because the manager was standing there she didn't come to apologize for the inconvenience the shop has causing. My time was wasted to drive all the way there for nothing and to get there the stuff that you wanted you even put a deposit on it was not there anymore. I was really ****ed off. Because you could see how the other cashiers was talking with their manager included that it's my fault. Really had customer service, poor communication & unfriendly staff

Poor customer service
Ever since I made a payment and their technicians install my router, there was a delay. When I communicated with their agents they are not helpful I'm waiting now almost a week and few days for them for activation whereby the technician said it will only take a few minutes. Their service is really bad.
