Rental deposit
@Balwin @Greenstone Crest. Can you be kind enough and return my rental deposit? Why is it difficult to return my money? That's very unethical.

Do not use this company
I have been without internet for four days. The company is prioritizing new customers, they don't care about an existing customer. How can the technicians be in my neighbourhood to do new installations, but not attend to my internet outage.
