Skippers Woodburn PMB ( Disgusting Service) On Tuesday ( 2022/06/21), my family and I ordered 2 x specials of double hake and the 1 x special of single hake, 2 portions of Calamari and an extra portion of Medium Chips coming to a total of R400.00 which in today's times is a lot of money to be spending on fast food. When we received our order, we drop half way home only to realize that our extra chips and our 2 portions of calamari was not in the packet... We had to waste our fuel to go back to Skippers and the Manager who was on duty (who refused to give me her name) did not want to give us the food that we ordered and had paid for... Instead of the chips she offered us a 2Lt cool drink and gave us the money back for our Calamari as they refused to make it for us... Even though we had paid for it. The manager did not want to give me her name... Nor did she want to compinsate us for not only the inconvenience caused to us but also the fuel which we used to come back to Skippers (twice).
Absolutely terrible service from the claims department and my claims administrator Collen Baloyi. Firstly I've tried various methods of gaining contact with your employee Collen Baloyi, phone calls and multiple emails but I have not received any feedback from last week Friday regarding my claim. I've had an issue with the first Agreement of Loss that he sent me in terms of the value of my vehicle, which he REFUSED to adjust,despite me constantly emailing him and explaining that the values are wrong, therefore forcing me to use my own means to get the AOL adjusted, which was last week sometime, Collen Baloyi has still not contacted me up until today. Month end has now approached and I'm forced to pay for a vehicle that I no longer have because of the lack of interest of this said employee. I would really appreciate it if someone in Discovery could assist me in completing this process as your company is now putting me under financial strain, considering I've been a loyal customer with not a single missed premium.
An absolute pleasure to deal with Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department. Excellent service and very minimal effort needed from myself as a client in order to resolve my issue. The complaint was given in at 8am and rectified by 11am.
