Outsurance is the best insurer that I have encountered. You contact them in distress and by the time you put the phone down you relieved and smiling. The level of efficiency is 5⭐. They communicate clearly with compassion. They follow up with written communication. They deliver what they had promise. It's a plesure doing business with outsurance. Thank you. Thandazile Mjadu.

Unauthorized policy and debit order
I received an sms notificationfrom the bank indicating that R188.00 was deducted from my account by Unlimited with a ref:TU01006. On contacting them they confirmed I have taken a policy with them. I explained that I had never taken any policy with them. They told me that on the recorded message I agreed to take a policy which is a lie. They broke into my personal information and further broke into my bank account and deducted my money. Now they say for them to stop this policy I must write an email and explain. I told them that hence they record the call my call serves as a record that I did not have a policy with them. They persisted but I refused and told them on their face that they are scammers and fraudsters.
