<div>Good Afternoon My name is Moses Sabata Rafanyane ,I'm complaining about DIKHOLOLO Shares, which I have joined in 20 September 2020, I have been scammed ,cheated and given fraudulent information by one of DIKHOLOLO Resort Consultant named Sean by forcing Me and my Wife to sign fraudulent information which does not appear in the contract agreement of DIKHOLOLO Resort. This is how it happened ,after I have receive a call from DIKHOLOLO Resort to attend a presentation on 20 September 2020 on our arrival we have assisted by Sean, this is what Sean said to us during his presentation before we signed the contract; (1) Dikhololo is selling shares of ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCKS mentioned from 2 bedrooms until 4 bedrooms with different amounts where people can spend full week and I will have dividend on that when I buy any Block which he have took us and show them to us how they look like inside of those ALLOCATED BLOCKS not telling us DIKHOLOLO Resort is selling TIMESHARES. (2) Sean said I have to pay LEVY as I will be owning an ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK not TIMESHARE for cleaning and other duties for those people to get paid ,so our understanding was to pay LEVY for caring of our SHARE BLOCK not to spend holidays or have access to occupy for TIMESHARES in a sense of we are going to get DIVIDEND as Sean have said. (3) Sean said there is no admin fee , I can buy SHARE BLOCK not TIMESHARE by 11 months in an instalment after completing 11 months of payment I will have a CERTIFICATE stated that I'm the owner of ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK, That was the end of presentation said by DIKHOLOLO Consultant named Sean,that was music in our ears , hoping we will have extra income which it will help us , we decided to buy Unit Size 6 sleeper which is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom which cost R 60 000,00 only for that year of 2020 which means 2021 it will be more than that amount according to Consultant Sean. I gave him R6 000,00 and I have promise him the rest of the amount to make R 60 000,00 ,I will settle it within 3 months ,Sean then gave us a contract of sale agreement which he have tik where we must sign without given us a permission to read first the contract of agreement of sale in his office of container at DIKHOLOLO Resort by saying everything he said its on the contract there is no need for us to read it , we can sign and read it at home at our own time because he have many people waiting for his assistance outside,we then signed and gave us copies and left with full mind of indeed whatever he said it is in the contract ,and that was our fault , our thoughts was to raise the money for settling R 60 000,00 ,and have Levy amounts before March 2021,so from 20 September 2020 to end of November 2020 we have settled R60 000,00 so on 23 December 2020 we have paid Levy for amount of R 5 804,00 it was Levy for 2021, we have paid everything in period of short time but our surprice was that we didnt receive CERTIFICATE which will approve that we are owning ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK which we have bought ,thats when we go through our contract and read it , we have found that the only thing which is true by Sean was after paying we will have Certificate ,there is nothing about DIVIDENDS. I then send my complaint to Clientele Legal as I'm having contract with them ,my complaint to clientele Legal I send it 2021 I don't remember which date in January 2021,at Clientele Legal they asked Me a sale of contract agreement from DIKHOLOLO Resort ,I gave them everything ,they make copies and return the originals, I then hope my matter will be settled by Clientele Legals , my surprise is when I received an email from DIKHOLOLO Resort on 22 October 2021 remind Me to pay another Levy for this year 2022 while I knew I have case against them through Clientele Legal , remember I have bought share's with R60 000,00 and paid Levy for 2021 before I realize that I have been fraud by the Consultant Sean , my point is I have never use or spend their TIMESHARE 'S as they said they have sold Me TIMESHARES not ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCKS.</div>

<div>In September 2020,We have attended presentation which I got phone calls from Dikhololo Resort,with my wife. On our arrival we have assisted by Consultant name Shaun,who said Dikhololo is selling ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK with amount of R60 000,and Shaun said it's R60 000 for only for year of 2020 and 2021 it will more than R60 000,Shaun took us to those ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCKS and show us inside and how it looks like and said by R60 000 we are going to have a dividend and certificate to show that we are the owners of any ALOCATED SHARE BLOCK which we have bought and we will have a seven days to visit or we can send people to come over and get cash from those people for our space and we must pay a Levy each year which is going to take care of our block. Then we heard as good news because we were looking for something which is going to help us to increase our salary,because Shaun has said we are going to get dividend,it was music in our ears,we then decided to buy two bedroom for six sleepers which is also R60 000 , I then use a credit card to pay R6 000, and promise to pay the rest of amount in due course,Shaun said I have Eleven months to pay the remaining amount and if it will be more than Eleven months I will pay with interest,from September to December I have settled all the amount of R60 000,because I have paid by my work bonus and also levy I have paid it, I thought now I have used all my money for bonuses the coming year of 2021 I will start getting dividend my surprise was in 2021 from January until December I didn't get anything until I wrote an email to VMS (Vacation Management Services) of Dikhololo asked them I have paid all the amount for buying SHARES for ALOCATED BLOCK and I didn't get my dividend and my certificate ,they said I have to request certificate and I will not going to get dividend because my contract doesn't state anything about dividend,but they have send me a certificate,certificate was also written in legal terms which I don't understand,during the time of presentation,Shaun didn't gave us a chance to read the contract,He said what ever he said it's written in the contract and he can't have time to read everything written in the contract because the are people who waited outside Lapa who are also waiting for his assistant and we don't have to worry everything has said it's written in the contract and he requested us to sign where he shows us to sign,because he is working at Dikhololo and was so nice convinced us how our life will be easy we have believed him and focusing in how we are going to settle out of remaining amounts of R60 000,from R6 000. After finding out we have been mislead and what Shaun said it was theft under false presentation for him to gain clients or money,I then send my matter to Lawyers@Clientele legal because I have contract with them ,at Clientele lawyers they said I have to send my matter to National Consumer Ombudsman,at National Consumer Ombudsman they refer me to VOASA at VOASA they refer me to The heads of Vacations,The head of Vacation agents called VMS at Dikhololo and explained my matter as I said I will not going to pay this year levy because I have been robbed and mislead,and I wanted to cancel because during the time I had complaining to Dikhololo VMS asked for cancelation they have refused,So they said to The head of vacation agency that if I can pay this year levy which is R4777.00 then they will allow me to cancel and I will not going to get my R60 000 ,2021 levy which was R5 804. Back.the Head of vacation gave me that information and I refused to admit for paying this year levy because I have robbed and I feel like I agreed to be continued being robbed because I have never been in Dikhololo resort with my family and I don't even have Ideas how it looks like inside the entertainment areas,From the head of vacation agent to VOASA till NATIONAL CONSUMER OMBUDSMAN my matter was agreed like that I then went back to Clientele legal and explained what I had received from where they send me, and Clientele legal said they will check my matter and I will get call for my verdict ,I have waited for call until I went again to ask them at clientele that my matter have received resolved solution and they also said I must pay this year levy and enjoy the benefit,I have refused because my wish or knowledge was not to spend time at Dikhololo for vacations or entertainment was to have shares which are going to rise when inflammation rise and requests it when ever I want it,for increasing my salary to avoid being in debt. Henced I have never assisted by any one I now have heard about HELLO PETER by my Sister and she said I will get help today during the visit at her place on Thursday 16 June 2022. I request Hello Peter to assist me for getting my money back if possible but if it's not possible I requested it to help me to cancel the contract which I have signed without ideas on what i'm signing for because what I thought I signed up for it's totally different far away from it and this canceled must not forced me to pay this year levy because I don't have it,Even if I have it I feel like I agreed to be continued being robbed. Monday on the 13 June 2022 I have received email from Dikhololo resort VMS said they gave Me 21 days to pay this year levy,if not I will force them to hand my matter to the Attorneys and collect I now feel threatened and robbed in high grade,I'm a father of two kids who is having financial issues who can't afford to pay such amount,so for such issue I'm requesting assistance for Hello Peter and to stop threatening email for 21 days which was sent to me</div>
