What a horrible experience 😣 I made an enquiry with the lodge as I wanted to spend a day there to celebrate my birthday. I asked on their WhatsApp number to book for a party of 5 for horse riding and was told “no need to book, just pitch” and we did exactly that. On arrival, we spoke to the gentleman at the gate, informed him of what we planned, and he okayed everything so we paid for everything with him, he then informed us that we would be able to go for horse riding at 14:30 and he would call us. We asked him how the seating arrangements work and he said he would sat us up, we waited for 5 minutes eventually found a tent, and he changed his tune saying we must find our own table and set up, which we did. 20 minutes later, we go back to him to find out what time we are leaving for the horse riding “ I will call you” was his response again. The driver finally came to collect us after 15:00, we drove for about 5 minutes or so, we get to the horse riding place only to be told they do not have horses for us as they were not told about our coming there and that they need time to prepare horses and they close at 4pm, mind you it’s already 15:30. We drove over an hour to get there, drove on a horrible gravel road only for us to not even do what we went there for. Definitely would not recommend this place. The swimming pools are dirty, the play areas need a lot of improvement and also your staff need training on how to provide customer service. Also they delete comments of bad reviews

Good Afternoon My name is Moses Sabata Rafanyane ,I'm complaining about DIKHOLOLO Shares, which I have joined in 20 September 2020, I have been scammed ,cheated and given fraudulent information by one of DIKHOLOLO Resort Consultant named Sean by forcing Me and my Wife to sign fraudulent information which does not appear in the contract agreement of DIKHOLOLO Resort. This is how it happened ,after I have receive a call from DIKHOLOLO Resort to attend a presentation on 20 September 2020 on our arrival we have assisted by Sean, this is what Sean said to us during his presentation before we signed the contract; (1) Dikhololo is selling shares of ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCKS mentioned from 2 bedrooms until 4 bedrooms with different amounts where people can spend full week and I will have dividend on that when I buy any Block which he have took us and show them to us how they look like inside of those ALLOCATED BLOCKS not telling us DIKHOLOLO Resort is selling TIMESHARES. (2) Sean said I have to pay LEVY as I will be owning an ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK not TIMESHARE for cleaning and other duties for those people to get paid ,so our understanding was to pay LEVY for caring of our SHARE BLOCK not to spend holidays or have access to occupy for TIMESHARES in a sense of we are going to get DIVIDEND as Sean have said. (3) Sean said there is no admin fee , I can buy SHARE BLOCK not TIMESHARE by 11 months in an instalment after completing 11 months of payment I will have a CERTIFICATE stated that I'm the owner of ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK, That was the end of presentation said by DIKHOLOLO Consultant named Sean, that was music in our ears , hoping we will have extra income which it will help us , we decided to buy Unit Size 6 sleeper which is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom which cost R 60 000,00 only for that year of 2020 which means 2021 it will be more than that amount according to Consultant Sean. I gave him R6 000,00 and I have promise him the rest of the amount to make R 60 000,00 ,I will settle it within 3 months ,Sean then gave us a contract of sale agreement which he have tik where we must sign without given us a permission to read first the contract of agreement of sale in his office of container at DIKHOLOLO Resort by saying everything he said its on the contract there is no need for us to read it , we can sign and read it at home at our own time because he have many people waiting for his assistance outside,we then signed and gave us copies and left with full mind of indeed whatever he said it is in the contract ,and that was our fault , our thoughts was to raise the money for settling R 60 000,00 ,and have Levy amounts before March 2021,so from 20 September 2020 to end of November 2020 we have settled R60 000,00 so on 23 December 2020 we have paid Levy for amount of R 5 804,00 it was Levy for 2021, we have paid everything in period of short time but our surprice was that we didnt receive CERTIFICATE which will approve that we are owning ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCK which we have bought ,thats when we go through our contract and read it , we have found that the only thing which is true by Sean was after paying we will have Certificate ,there is nothing about DIVIDENDS. I then send my complaint to Clientele Legal as I'm having contract with them ,my complaint to clientele Legal I send it 2021 I don't remember which date in January 2021,at Clientele Legal they asked Me a sale of contract agreement from DIKHOLOLO Resort ,I gave them everything ,they make copies and return the originals, I then hope my matter will be settled by Clientele Legals , my surprise is when I received an email from DIKHOLOLO Resort on 22 October 2021 remind Me to pay another Levy for this year 2022 while I knew I have case against them through Clientele Legal , remember I have bought share's with R60 000,00 and paid Levy for 2021 before I realize that I have been fraud by the Consultant Sean , my point is I have never use or spend their TIMESHARE 'S as they said they have sold Me TIMESHARES not ALLOCATED SHARE BLOCKS.

What was supposed to be a good weekend on 7-8 December turned into an endless nightmare. GETTING THERE: The road leading up to the resort is littered with so many potholes that getting to your destination without getting any puncture is a miracle. What they don't tell you is that you need to use a bakkie/4x4 vehicle to access the place as you risk being stuck in their muddy road when it's raining. On the weekend we were there, a bus was caught in the mud, and when we asked what kind of assistance will they offer us should we be in the same situation when we got back to Pretoria, we were met with a very RUDE response from the guy at the gate, "unfortunately, you're on your own" CHECK-IN TIME: We were given check-in time of 2 o'clock, but the chalets were only ready at 3pm. No apology whatsoever. What you see on their website is not a true reflection of what you get when you get there. You are met with dirt and rubble everywhere. Even though we had booked for two chalets that sleep four people each, we were only given two towels and one extra blanket for both chalets. After complaining, we were promised that someone called Manford was driving to the resort with more blankets and towels from Sunnyside. That was a Saturday morning...the things never came until we left the resort...and again NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. NO ELECTRICITY: Electricity kept going on and off (and was gone most of the day and night). They claimed that they had been load shed the whole weekend we were there, but there was electricity right next door. They don't have no backup whatsoever: this means no water water for showering or use of any appliances. UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF: All the staff is rude, except for the cleaning lady, who seems to be the only professional person on the property who knows what to do and makes an effort. SECURITY: There are only three chalets on the property and this you only find out when you get there. When the staff knocks off to go home at the end of their shifts, they just vanish. There's no reception area or network coverage for that matter, so you don't even know who to call when you have an emergency in the middle of the night. At some point, I felt that we were the only people left on the property and that was SCARY to say the least. MOSQUITOES: Don't go there unprepared or you won't sleep a wink. I would rate this a negative star as the service we got doesn't even deserve a star whatsoever.

good day everyone i would like to warn you about Tshinakie resort in Pretoria East please make sure you ask first for pictures of the rooms you booking for,i went there with friends on the March 2019 i have booked for 2 x 4 sleepers Chalets which one of them is 3 sleepers(1.False adverti*****t)then i contacted the owner to let them know about it she says she wont help me with that because she knows her resort has 4 sleepers only(2.very rude). i then sent her pictures to support my statement, well still stick to her story.i communicated with her(Ndivuwo Mabaya) with countless email asking for a way forward hence my friend had to sleep on the floor and now her back hurts. that place has no mosquito precautions hence even now i have mosquito bits on my body. i would advise the Department just to go and see that place if it complies with the South African Hospitality acts. Im so angry!!
