Trafalgar Property Management is the worst Property Agency ever!!!
They are the worst of the worst. I complained for two weeks about blockage of a drain in the shower. Mind you, the shower is our only hygiene outlet. No one comes and accidentally the daughter of the owner came when the kids are alone to ask them questions. Not to call me or the lease holder, they ask kids!!! Now after all that, the agency tells me that is it at my expense because the blockage is due to food, how when we use one pipe with the people upstairs and they have complained about it before we lived here. These people are ****** yeses. Do not maintain the property but still charge you for it

The worst business to ever deal with
They are the worst agency I have dealt with. I moved out of a Unit dealing with an agent named Thapelo Boipane. He is such an unpleasant and unprofessional agent to deal with. You will never find him, he never follows up or responds. He ****med me out of my deposit by charging me for bogus fees that he has no proof off. He never showed up on the day of Exit inspection and then proceeded to have fees deducted from my deposit without any official report that he did. I have escalated this to Mikayla Kaschula who then told me that she will come back to me Monday business day of 18 of December and nothing from her too. I have called their offices countless times and still with no response but a very rude email from Thapelo confronting me on what he should have done. The worst agencies to deal with if you are around East London
