They advertise items as being in stock then say they are ordering from an overseas supplier, after which I am sent delay after delay after delay. I needed the item urgently so long ago and till today, 2 months later, they cannot provide me with an actual date I can expect to receive the item in my hands. They don't even give reasons, just send out these generic emails and expect you to wait for them to actually take the effort to fulfil your order
Why does Fedex have a customer support team if they do not help? My package arrived from overseas on time, but Fedex refuses to deliver because of no duties and taxes paid. This despite the sender being responsible for that, not me. I spoke with THREE different agents who all realised that this was Fedex's mistake and that the duties and taxes was to be billed to the sender's account, but my package is still in the delayed status and not being sent out. All three agents promised that they have rectified the status but I have seen no update
