I placed an online order over a week ago and have not received any feedback. I have emailed twice and phoned a number of times and no one answers the call.
I initially engaged with the company in order to expedite my application for an unabridged birth certificate. Long story short, I was fortunate enough that my visa application was approved using other documentation and I was granted my visa before I had even finished all the paperwork for DocAssist. I had already made payment upfront and therefore requested a refund which the lady with whom I was in contact agreed that it would be fair considering the process had not yet begun. I was informed that I would still be subject to an admin fee. I made payment 11 April 2023 and I am still yet to receive a refund, let alone a response from who I assume is the owner or manager. The woman with whom I had been communicating (Orienta) was helpful and at least responds to emails. It's ridiculous to have to beg for my money back considering I have made payment for services I have not received.
I have been requesting to change the name on my booking since yesterday when the booking was made. I have called, used the Whatsapp line and made several requests on the contact form to rectify this. I have tried to correct the issue myself on the Qantas site but I am unable to do so because the booking was made through travelstart. If this is not rectified there will be penalties incurred due to travelstart's inability to pick up a phone. Ridiculous.
