My refund is still not returned 60 days later. I followed the steps and submitted a refund request in September after I canceled with Regus. I sent a follow-up request in October and still no response to date. I went to their office and was advised to use the online tool to follow up on the refund. I did that again on the 13th November and again today, only to get a response that they do not recognize my account or my details. I'm not sure what **** Regus is pulling, the fact that you have to submit a refund request should have been the first flag as the notice of cancellation is a refund request, but because they want to keep your money, they add a lot of red tape and charge you for things you did not even use.
Shocking Service - Can't get hold of anyone if you need assistance via contact number or email. Payments are not allocated and no one is able to assist. Contact number provided just rings with no answer and email responses are generic. Very poor after sales service a huge regret and disappointment.
