Unfortunately needed to cancel booking 25 days in advance ending in a refund dispute where Elizabeth Guesthouse only offered to refund 25% of full payment made. Dispute was reported to South African Tourism Board and according to response received from the Tourism Board the Elizabeth Guesthouse has have not responded to the Tourism Board who required a response within 7 days. Cannot recommend them at all.
