I recently had an experience with an Identity clothing store that I just have to share. I ordered a few items online, but there was a mix-up. I received something I didn't order, and one item was missing. I emailed customer service, and I was surprised by how quickly they responded. One of the consultants assured me she would investigate and get back to me. True to her word, I received a follow-up within a day. I even got a call from the store manager where I collected my order, and the lady was incredibly helpful. She wanted to know the details of my issue and resolved my query seamlessly. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. They truly went above and beyond for me. Plus, their clothing deals are fantastic. I KEEP ON GETTING CALLS AND SMS's FROM YOU BECAUSE SOMEONE I USED TO KNOW ADDED ME AS A NEXT OF KIN ON THEIR ACCOUNT, I DO NOT HAVE THIS PERSONS CONTACT DETAILS AND I DON'T EVEN KNOE WHERE THEY STAY, I HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITH THEM AND YET WHEN I CALLED ONE OF YOUR CONSULTANTS TOLD ME THAT YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING THE PERSON NEEDS TO CONTACT YOU AND REMOVE MY DETAILS. CAN YOU REMOVE MY DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM AND STOP BOMBARDING ME WITH CALLS AND MESSAGES? I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING. YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR CLIENT. SURELY THEY GAVE YOU THEIR WORK NUMBER AND LEAVE ME ALONE.

The Living Room in Maboneng is a beautiful spot with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The atmosphere is enhanced by the great music playing in the background, creating a vibrant yet relaxing vibe. Thanks to the attentive security personnel who ensured everyone's safety, I felt secure throughout my visit. The food portions are generous and absolutely delicious; I particularly enjoyed the fresh, flavourful burger and wings. The service is impeccable; the waitresses and waiters are always visible, willing to help and very attentive. I appreciated the manager or owner who kept on checking up on the guests, which added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, The Living Room is a must-visit for a delightful meal with stunning views.

Best floral experience
I had my first experience at The Flower & Nut Market shop, and I was truly amazed! The location is super convenient, and the flowers are fresh and beautiful. I loved being able to select my own bouquet set at such affordable prices, with the talented florist assembling it perfectly for me. It was a thoughtful surprise for a friend in the hospital, and she absolutely adored them! The customer service was excellent; the entire team works seamlessly together, and I was helped within minutes. The flowers are arranged so well that you can easily see exactly what you need to make a choice. I will definitely be returning soon

A slice of heaven
This past weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting Angelsview Hotel Mpumalanga, and it was simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, the stunning exterior set the tone. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, making it feel like a true luxury escape. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made a difference! And let’s talk about the food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary delight, and it felt like the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. I can’t recommend Angelsview Hotel enough for anyone looking for an unforgettable getaway. Can't wait to return.

Phenomenal
I always have a great experience with Vanilla nails, from booking an appointment to receiving the service. The ladies are friendly and they are always willing to help and suggest things. Everyone is just so professional and welcoming. I like that you never wait for long when you make an appointment. The prices are worth the service, I am always satisfied and just in awe of how much detail the ladies put into their work and they always have birthday discounts and gesture discounts if you’ve been with them for a certain amount of period. The products used are good for the skin, and I’ve never had any issues. I’m definitely one of the many happy clients.

Best child friendly restaurant
We hosted a birthday party for a child who’s 4 years old. The environment is very child friendly, pleasant and welcoming, they have the best enormous play area for kids, which is well maintained and nicely controlled. There are some activities that are available for a small cost, like face painting, and my kids favourite part was creating their own pizzas. They also have child minders which gives you some time to just relax and unwind as the kids are playing knowing they’re safe. The food was amazing and nicely prepared and the prices are affordable, you won’t break your budget. The service was okay a bit slow but I assume it was because it was busy on that day, but I believe they could improve. But the overall experience was amazing. You’ll definitely enjoy it if you have kids.

Love kinks is a hair product brand and not only do they sell products that have natural ingredients, but they’re also gentle and sulfate free for both natural and straight hair. Their customer service is amicable from the ordering system to the delivery, the prices are a bit competitive, but the products are worth every cent, from shampoos to conditioners, hair ties to pillow cases. They’re a one-stop shop for all your hair needs. The products are available both in store and online via Amazon with delivery taking between 2-5 working days. Definitely recommend the hairline serum from the hair care range and the bonnets from the satin range.
