My name is Hulisani Ratshikhopha contact 0812057216 I bought a watch for R5000 on account at Truworths Westgate mall in Johannesburg the watch never worked or i never wore the the watch, so i returned tje watch and i was told it cant be changed since the 14 days had passed, i was told it will be taken for repairs, this was on the 25/04/2024. I have been to the store twice after that and was told the watch is not back and tgey can't get hold of the department fixing the watch.

They actually sont even deserve a 1 star rating, i have just been having the worst coverage with Rain and i have raised ot with them on their Facebook page and all i was told to do wasto re sert the device, just an hoir later same thing again and i raised it again with them, at this moment i am considering canceling my subscription with them honestly i am a payimg customer yet im always frustrated, i honestly wudnt recommend rain to anyone at this moment 😡😡

I have submitted a claim with claim numbers CL101350112 in November, my claim has simce not been close, i tried contacting them almost on a daily if not every 2 or 3 days and i cudnt get hold of the person incharge of my claim for almost a week when i finaly got hold of them i was told my claim is with the deciding cometee untill today i still have nothing tangible. 😔

i recently bought a car from we buy car the dome for cash,after that i found out there was a bit of a problem with registration of the car and i spoke to a guy called Oswold who is a floor manager who realy assited me to get to the root of the problem,this review is meant for him,he realy went out of his way to get my problem resolved and ai give hi a 10 out of 10 for that he deserves employee of the month and for that id recomend we buy cars to anyone who needs to buy a car
