What a horrible experience and the most *********** process ever To experience. They were in such a rush to sign up my account and take my money for many a months, every month I paid my premium . Now they refuse to pay out my claim cause no pictures were taken of the car when I signed up. So for 8 months they were happy to take my premium with never any issue never a reminder or a request to update the profile. Let’s see what the ombudsman thinks about there ********* business conduct. Don’t get caught by their favourable rates, it’s cause they don’t pay out fair and reasonable claims.
Such a poor company with poor product. They tried to fix the inverter by replacing it 3 times and still the noise and fan was continuous. It’s surprising the NRCS has even certified such a cheap, inefficient and rejected product. Don’t get stuck. I returned the device and they hold you ransom for refund 14 days later and still waiting
Promised 5g , but only comes on in evening and not the day. Reported it 3 times. No response in 5 days. Not the first time. Cancelled 2 contracts already and another 2 too cancel There email call centre is pathetic. They never respond
