I bought electricity using oami on the 29 September 2025 electricity was never uploaded, I call them, I was instructed to send an email with proof of payment, I did that, they responded with an email stating that the issue have been escalated to the relevant department. I called on the 1st of October 2025 to follow up; I was told that escalated issues take 3 days to be resolved and got reference number CL-135285. I called today 3 October 2025 in the morning as the issue was not resolved, and 3 days have passed; I was told that the matter will be re-escalated after waiting for 4days the matter will still be re-escalated. I called again after 12pm I did not get assist rather I was told that the matter will be re-escalated again, when I refuse that option since I have been waiting from Monday and it's Friday matter is still being escalated I was then told to wait on the line, indeed I waited till my call was dropped and received an SMS for another reference number CL136279. I am not happy with how the matter has been handled.
Pathetic service, lack of communication and liars. If your insurance suggested them as your panel beater, refuse with your car.
I called the on January 26 to cancel my subscription, they said it a 30 day notice so I will be Charged on February I was fine with that. I called them on 16 March 2022 as the have charged me after calling in January the call urgent just said he'll get back to me of which he never did. I called again on the 17th of March 2022 that lady said she will escalate the matter of which I doubt she did as I saw my April statement I still charged for Getmore services. for 2 months they have been charging me now after cancellation.
