Gutted pool and work has stopped no end in sight. It has been 3 months of back and forth with Jacques from Karma pools and still the work he was paid for has not been done. The numbers we have are either always on voicemail or he takes forever to respond and even then never shows. The pool has been emptied and stripped and that is as far as it has gone. How do we go about tracking this lovely specimen of a human down??
I have been experiencing problems with Rain for months now. Got nothing but **** service in return. I received a call from their agent in February and was promised a solution and a rebate for the period of me not having coverage but it got worse. Spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who promised me that they would investigate but nothing has come of anything. I have sent emails to this agent who provided me with his email address and I receive responses that the email address is suspicious. How the hell does one get any joy for a service that we pay for??
