RIDICULOUS
Good day Kindly note I have completed my trade test for plumbing on the 23rd of April 2021 at AITF in Pomona. I still haven't receive my certificate it is almost 1 year later!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Why do you have to pay for the course if you don't even get your certificate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rain bad review
Placed an order with rain and i had to cancel the sim card they would refund me the money they took for the router. On the 2nd of April they advised that they will log a call with their billing department, up until now the billing department has not acknowledged the ticket meaning the refund has not yet been processed. Everytime I phone they say they will escalate and I should have feedback within 2 to 24hrs, no response has been received and it has been escalated more than 2 times. This is not cool they take the money instantly but when they have to refund you they can not do same!!!
