QCTO Service delivery
They have poor communication and service delivery. I have been waiting since January for desktop evaluation of my documents for accreditation purposes and to date have received no feedback. I tried calling and emailing but with no luck and no responses. They don't follow their own policies. They really cost training providers clients and loss of business and money. We send emails and get no replies. We call and get transferred by reception but then after a few seconds the call drops on every occasion.

RIDICULOUS
Good day Kindly note I have completed my trade test for plumbing on the 23rd of April 2021 at AITF in Pomona. I still haven't receive my certificate it is almost 1 year later!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Why do you have to pay for the course if you don't even get your certificate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

QCTO HELPS ME GET MY REFUND FROM INTEC
After weeks of fighting with Intec, logging complaints online, and correspondence with the general manager of Intec, I finally took my complaint to the Department of Education - who referred my complaint to the QCTO. Mr Thomas Lata from the QCTO met with Intec after reviewing my complaints, and won the case for me!!! Thank you Mr Thomas Lata for putting Intec in their place. I am awaiting a 100% refund, and I am able to complete my course free of charge.<br> <br> EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY!!!
