After weeks of fighting with Intec, logging complaints online, and correspondence with the general manager of Intec, I finally took my complaint to the Department of Education - who referred my complaint to the QCTO. Mr Thomas Lata from the QCTO met with Intec after reviewing my complaints, and won the case for me!!! Thank you Mr Thomas Lata for putting Intec in their place. I am awaiting a 100% refund, and I am able to complete my course free of charge.<br> <br> EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SOMEONE WITH AUTHORITY!!!
