My partner upgraded his rain router to the latest one and paid for it. He is a Personal Trainer that has back to back clients. CCD Couriers called him and he mentioned that he could not take the call. He was then told that he needed to get an affadavit that day from the polce station. How could he possibly do that on the same day that he needed the router? I then called rain and told them the entire challenge and even changed the delivery address with Rain . The lady I spoke to said she understood the challenge and would escalate the matter to the couriers including changing the address. The couriers once again kept calling him the following day trying to deliver the router to the unchanged address. No one was there. I called them to tell them that they are meant to deliver it to me. They absolutely refused to deliver to me. I dont understand why there is no exception. He has paid and he wants his router. The service we have received from CCD Couriers is really bad. We still dont have the router and there has been no sign on wanting to get this delivered. How do we get somethig from these people that has been paid for?
After ordering and paying for sneakers for my daughter, i excpected to get a tracking number after 48 hours - nope, I have request via whatsapp, email and facebook what is happening and to date - I do not even have a tracking number , just excuses. I have noticed that on the reviews of this so called company, I am not the only one. I have obviously been ****med, along with everyone else.
I signed up over the phone with SANTAM. I told the gentlemen to send me documentation to prove I have insurance so I can cancel all the other insurance. This was in October !! I have had NO correspondance - I dont even know what my policy number is. Since October SANTAM has cost me over R3000 in insurance costs as I have not been able to prove to my other insurers that I have insurance. Dispite emails I have sent - I have to date not received any documentation - however - my bank is being debited every month!! Please can someone get back to me as I cannot go on loosing money like this. Thank you
I have been inundated with calls from Lewis regarding an account application. After the 1st call I made it VERY clear that I no longer want and account - this was in November. It is now 21 December and I am being hounded with SMS's and calls to complete my application !!! Should I receive another call from Lewis stores - I will report this to the consumer rights board. This is unacceptable.
On the 4th April after the heavy rains my electricity tripped. I reported this right away and got a referance number - 0144. It is now the 7th April, I still have NO ELECTRICITY...I am absolutely guttered that in the 21st century there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am apalled at the way I have been spoken to by some of the "customer care"agents. I have no idea how to escalate this to anyone as there is no sense of urgency. I then get a technician come last night at 7pm. Flicks a switch on the box on the pavement and leaves, 2 minutes laterafter he zoots off the electricity trips AGAIN - now the process starts again!!!! This is unacceptable and I want someone to fix this
