I am shocked and dismayed at the appalling service that I have received from MTN or the LACK of it. I have been to a technical branch at Clearwater on the West Rand possibly 7 or 8 times to get help. I have mailed the Customer care line, I have dilled 135 and I get a ROBOT. I can't speak to a human on this 135 number. My issue is that since November 2023 my phone keeps dropping calls both outgoing and incoming, I make a call and within 1 or 2 minutes, although the times vary, the call drops. I have done 2 x sim swops and even bought a NEW PHONE. Nothing is working. I live alone and om on permanent oxygen. I cannot get this issue resolved. I was told that MTN is moving over to 4G and 5G and they have randomly picked my number to test this !! How true this is, I don't know. I am not a healthy person and am also elderly. I CANNOT live without contact with the outside world. I NEED HELP WITH THIS ISSUE AND MTN CANNOT HELP. IF THERE IS ANYONE out there ............ Message me on FB.
I am saddened at the fact the the Customer Care line 135 no longer has a SERVICE CHAMPION "HUMAN" available to speak to on their options when dialling this number. I am an elderly pensioner and I was having issues with my phone dropping calls. I am not of good health and I live alone without anyone in close proximity to assist me. I needed to call someone at SADAG, South African Depression and Anxiety Group and I could not get my message across. Every time I called, within a few seconds my call would drop, They would then call me back and the call would drop. It could have been a life and death situation and there was no-one to assist. ALL I wanted was a HUMAN on the other side of the phone and you have replaced these HUMANS with ROBOTS. I am REALLY SADDENED. My phone is my only contact with the outside world and when it malfunctions I just cant deal. I eventually HAD to visit an MTN store at great cost just to find a HUMAN to help me. I was told that it could have been a network issue and could happen AGAIN. I honestly don't know WHY MTN is replacing HUMANS with ROBOTS !!!!! Look after your customers and they will keep buying your products. I am not a happy old lady!!!
#BLACKFRIDAY I would like to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the staff in the medicine dispensary at Clicks Town Square in Roodepoort. They are always SO HELPFUL and this week went above and beyond to assist me with my medication. There is no charge for KINDNESS in this world and I would like to say THANK YOU to ALL the staff in the dispensary at this Clicks store. I really appreciate what you did and I am sure, will continue to do. You are very special people.
I had my PROTON SAVVY repaired by JDS Auto recently. I would like to highly recommend the professional manner in which they assisted me with my vehicle. (Knowing a bit about my car and its history in this country, I have yet to find a proficient mechanic to know the intricacies of this car). They are a family-run business and would not hesitate to refer anyone to their workshop. Thank you very much to all concerned. I am most grateful.
