Vandag is ek baie teleurgestel in Doornpoort Diere Hospitaal. Ek bring altyd my babas soentoe as iets gebeur en hulle help altyd my so mooi maar vandag is ek geskok. My baba is vandag gebyt en ek het nie geld gehad om haar in vat veearts toe nie en my verloofde het gevra of ons met die Dr kan praat vir raad en daar was vir ons gese die Dr kan ons nie help sonder dat hy my baba sien nie maar ons het gese ons het nie geld nie en toe was ons geweier om met die Dr te praat. Daar was ook gese dat ons nie medesyne oor die toonbank kan koop nie want die Dr moet eers my hond sien. Op die ou einde het ons na n apteek toe gegaan om vir raad en hulp te vra.
Ek is soos in GATVOL vir hierdie metro Fibre netwerk dis nie eers snaaks nie!! Stuur n email oor my account en 4dae later word ek nogsteets nie gehelp nie !! Stuur n email wat ek n sekere bedrag moet betaal en nou word my account suspended!!! Nooit n issue oor wanneer ek my account betaal nie nou is daar is issue! Vra op WhatsApp vir hulp en niemand antwoord jou nie!!!! Ek is klaaaarrrr met Metro Fibre!!!!! Gee n houding (Ipfi) en sig waar ek klaar my **** verloor het en skies houding en raak cheeky!! Altyd gou om geld te vra maar kom dit by kliënte diens is daar nie n saak met die kliënte nie!!! Altyd sorry en jammer maar dis n show!!! Ek is klaar en gaan n ander WiFi maatskapy soek want Metro Fibre is parties!!!!
WOW ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After 2 emails and still no explanation! On the 5th of July I get a email that says I need to pay a extra R120 on my WiFi account but I already paid my WiFi account! After I ask them to fix and explain they just send the invoice again and ask them again to fix the the invoice. Today on the 22nd of July they send me "a requested invoice " but I did not ask for a invoice, I ask them to fix that R120 amount that is outstanding because I'm not going to pay for it! They only care about money and not about their customers! No wonder they can 2515 bad reviews!!!
I don't know how many times I'm going to write a review about Metro Fibre and that they are still trying to deduct money from my account after I told them I did not give consent on n debit order! After so many reviews and emails and calls and still they don't give a **** about their clients!! Promise high and low that this would be fixed and still nothing!! SO METRO FIBRE IF A MANAGER IS NOT GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, THEN I'M COMING TO YOUR OFFICES AND THEN I WLL MAKE TROUBLE BECAUSE IM SICK OF YOUR **** AND SICK OF THIS **** CLIENT SERVICE
Tebogo Mailula Ora This is the two people I talked to! I'm so fed up with Metro Fibre and the bad service! They promise you good service but it's a sh*t story! Still Metro Fibre is trying to deduct money from my account after I told them I would pay my account from my bank account into Metro Fibre account but noo, they ignore the clients and just do whatever they want!! Now they want to shut down my line because I reversed the money they deduct AFTER PAYING THEM they still want to deduct my money! Now they are sending me an email that there is money outstanding but there is no money outstanding because I'm paying my account but now all of a sudden there is R120 out due to reversing the money they want to deduct from my account after I already paid them! I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO DEDUCT MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT STILL THEY DO IT!!! AFTER A LOT OF PROMISES THAT THE ISSUE IS BEEN SORTED OUT , YET ANOTHER LIE, THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY WANT. I'm sick and tired of them and no wonder they have 2200 bad reviews because they are so quick to get their money but not helping clients!!! And the best part of it all when you call them they hang up the phone! IM FED UP !! I'm at a point that I want to take everything further because I'm up to here with Metro Fibre and the bad client service!!!!!
For the last 2 months I have received poorly service from Metro Fibre and the client service is pathetic! I've ask Metro Fibre about my invoice that is all of a sudden R850 and I've been paying R760 for almost 2 years now. Then they are trying to deduct money from my account without my permission. I've ask in December to fix the problem and nothing has changed! Now it's January and still my account is R850 but there was no communication regarding my account that has gone up. And they are fast to tell you that there is an outstanding amount but pathetic to answer the questions I've been asking since December. Real pathetic service , no wonder they have 2044 negative reviews!
What a Sh*t service I had since this morning with MetroFiber! Have been placed on hold eight times and ask for call backs and then they promise that someone is going to call you back and then on one call’s you back. I already paid my account on the 2nd of December and then I received an invoice that my account is suddenly R850, and I did not receive any email or a call to say my account is now R850 and then I’ve asked finance to assist me regarding my problem and I only received a reference number. When I ask for a follow up, I did not receive any feedback. Then I called like 10 times with no response and if I do get a response, I ask for the finance department and then they cut me off or I’ve been placed on hold. MetroFibre deduct R850 without my consent from my account and I did not sign a debit order or whatsoever for them to deduct R850 from my account. Then there was an issue sorting this problem out and they take their time to help you and they don’t care at all; all they do is apologies but don’t do anything regarding the problem. If I ask to speak to a manager, they make excuses not to talk to a manager. Now I’ve waisted my time to go to my bank and reverse that R850 because Metro Fibre couldn’t do it for me. They are quick to take your money but slow to help their clients. I’ve had it with MetroFibre and the service is a big 0. When you call them, they say that “your call is important to us” but they cant even call you back or sort out an issue.
