I was admitted to hospital with Gastro symptoms in August 2025. I could not keep any food or drink in my body for 5 days. She did not treat me until 3 days after I was admitted, where she got a gastroenterologist involved. She was extremely rude and condescending when I had questions and concerns about my unborn baby. She blew me off and told me it wouldn’t affect my baby at all. The gastroenterologist that was brought in to treat me was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I was treated and left the hospital. My 28-week appointment was the following week after I was discharged. Because I was extremely uncomfortable and upset with the way Dr Packirisamy treated me in hospital, I went to a different Dr. This Dr found that my baby was extremely underweight with limited blood flow. I was again admitted to hospital to try and save my baby’s life. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful and she subsequently died a few days later. Dr Packirisamy is extremely rude and has zero bedside manor or care for you or your baby/pregnancy.
Do not deal with Michelle from Citton Cars!! She was extremely hostile and had an extremely bad attitude right from the beginning of this whole process. She has no customer service and should not be dealing with people. She makes excuse after excuse and promise after promise which she can never stick to. 1. They bid your car up on Weelee just so they can get you to the dealership and no other dealership can make you an offer and then they drop the offer drastically. 2. Make you drive all the way to Pretoria with someone else in their own car to take you home after the sale but then tell you they can't make instant payments on weekends and expect you to just leave without getting the money for your car. 3. After being told that their banking system is not working on the day of inspection, I was told that they will come and collect my car from me on the Tuesday and make the immediate payment then. This promise did not happen. 4. After constant battles with her just to live up to her promises, I involved Weelee management. They were not much help either. 5. 5 days later, I eventually phoned the branch and asked to speak to the dealer principle. Only then did Jacques (Senior Buyer) get involved and get things sorted. 6. Jacques knew how extremely upset and frustrated I was with the whole process but still asked me not to review them which I felt was very insulting.
