Outstanding Experience with TRAFICC
I am thoroughly impressed with Traficc's exceptional service, particularly in their claims department. This is my second time submitting a claim, and I've been blown away by the professionalism and willingness to assist displayed by their agents. Moses Lefora in the Claims department stood out for his in-depth knowledge and clear guidance throughout the process. Our conversation was seamless, and I was able to promptly submit all necessary documents without any hiccups. What truly sets Traficc apart is the respect and dignity with which my claim is being handled – a refreshing change from the often frustrating experience of dealing with insurance companies. Kudos to Moses and the entire team for delivering outstanding service. I'll definitely be recommending Traficc to others! If other agents aren't meeting the grade or standard like Moses, inqoukd encourage management to implement training to bring them on par.

Excellant Flexclub
I've been a client now for almost 9 months and all I can say is that this option has been such a real solution, because my own vehicle was repossessed last year due to Effects of COVID, job loss etc...the Flexclub offered affordability and gave me the opportunity to find a job and retain my job in sales. The service I received from Flexclub has been outstanding, customer service and my satisfaction overall is 10/10. I will continue to shout from the rooftops about Flexclub to everyone and anyone needing a solution when they find themselves in a situation similar to mine I am hoping that they expand their vehicle offerings too. Thank you Flexclub!!!!
