Bad service, join at your own risk.
We bought a Maintenance Plan when buying a vehicle, after 4 months we decided to cancel it all together, unfortunately in Traficc Insurance canceling a plan is a total nightmare if not possible. Be very careful when taking any cover from these guys, they may be smiling when on-boarding you, but come canceling, you would wish you never met. They throw you from pillar to pos5, now imagine if we where to claim, I'm just glad we picked up issues before claiming time. Its now 2 weeks of us calling and emailing daily with no fruitful response.

Outstanding Experience with TRAFICC
I am thoroughly impressed with Traficc's exceptional service, particularly in their claims department. This is my second time submitting a claim, and I've been blown away by the professionalism and willingness to assist displayed by their agents. Moses Lefora in the Claims department stood out for his in-depth knowledge and clear guidance throughout the process. Our conversation was seamless, and I was able to promptly submit all necessary documents without any hiccups. What truly sets Traficc apart is the respect and dignity with which my claim is being handled – a refreshing change from the often frustrating experience of dealing with insurance companies. Kudos to Moses and the entire team for delivering outstanding service. I'll definitely be recommending Traficc to others! If other agents aren't meeting the grade or standard like Moses, inqoukd encourage management to implement training to bring them on par.

Traficc Mainteance Insurance is a FANTASTIC product!
Let me start by saying no vehicle should ever break down on the way to a long-deserved holiday! It’s a stressful situation, especially when you’re far from home. Fortunately, when our engine light and gearbox warning came on just about 10km from Alpine VW in Pinetown, we were in good hands. We arrived late on a Friday afternoon, and after a quick diagnosis, the team at Alpine VW discovered that the mechatronics unit had failed, requiring a part to be ordered from Centurion. Avishkar at Alpine VW booked us in and explained that we needed to order the part immediately to have our vehicle ready by our departure date. We have a maintenance plan with Traficc, but their claims can take up to three days to process and approve. With our holiday schedule, we couldn’t afford the delay. So, we called Traficc and asked them to expedite and accommodate us. To our delight, Mark Amos was assigned to assist us, and by Monday afternoon, Traficc had approved our claim to the maximum value of the part! Thanks to Traficc’s quick response, our vehicle was repaired just in time before we had to check out of our accommodation. We’re thrilled with their efficient service and will gladly recommend this maintenance plan to others. Thank you, Traficc, for saving our holiday with your outstanding support!

Commendable Customer Service, from Committed TRAFICC staff.
I have my vehicle insured with TRAFICC under the Mecor Dent Repair Plan. I had a dent incident and made use of my TRAFICC dent insurance plan. All communication between TRAFICC and myself was communicated via E mail, all necessary information and documentation was via E Mail all relevant information needed by TRAFICC, from me, to ensure a smooth process for my application was communicated to me by TRAFICC. The whole process from application to acceptance of my claim , to approval, and issuing of authorisation , including the quote from the prefered service provider, with a date set to start the repair, went so smoothly that I cannot help but compliment the staff, of each step in the process, for their commitment to excellent service to the client,
