I reached out to this store with genuine interest in purchasing a dress, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite attempts to contact the seller, I received no response. This lack of communication is concerning, especially when trust and transparency are essential in online shopping. After checking HelloPeter, and social media platforms, I noticed the store has a concerning amount bad reviews, showing a pattern of no business ethics. That should have been a clear warning, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, even that small hope was met with silence. I’m sharing this review to help others avoid the same frustration. If a business cannot respond to inquiries or build trust with potential customers, it doesn’t deserve your money or your time.
I initially had high expectations for SnapnSave, but my experience has been very disappointing. I made a cash-out request in September. Not only did the funds not arrive by then, but I have also not received any clear follow-up or resolution since. Despite reaching out to customer support and confirming my banking details, my inquiry remains unresolved, and there has been no communication to explain the delay or provide an update. This lack of transparency and reliability in handling customer payouts has been a frustrating experience, and I hope that SnapnSave can improve its support and fulfillment of promised services in the future.
