These people are ***** they deducted from my account but haven't heard a word from this until i saw a notification that my money was deducted for no reason i havent purchased anything from this company I don't know where they got my details.and I want my refund

Dissatisfied ex client.
I'm very disappointed because I have canceled my Rain subscription on the 21st of July 2022 and the Sim was off and Rain deducted double on 25th of August 2022. I have been trying to reach them via email and tried to call them I also tried to message (DM)them on Twitter I only got 2 responses from them when I sent them the proof of the cancelation and the double deduction they didn't respond back. I told them I want my full REFUND and I know it's not just happened to me but with some of my work colleagues as well. This time they won't get away people must know what their up to 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

DISPLEASED AND UNHAPPY
I have ordered on the 26th of March 2022 and I'm still waiting on my parcel. There was nothing mentioned of customs tax payments BEFORE I've ordered and I've never paid customs tax fee since I've been ordering from SHEIN. I have tried contact them but can't get hold of them. SO I WANT MY REFUND because I'm very DISPLEASED and UNHAPPY with SHEIN and BUFFALO LOGISTICS SERVICES. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ORDERING FROM SHEIN AGAIN
