Please read these reviews before getting involved with this company. They make you pay pretty much 100% upfront. They failed to arrive on time to install numerous times. Initial installation not done properly and accused my pool team of setting up filter incorrectly. Only to pull up my new tiles, breaking some, to find out they had installed their piping incorrectly. Fozia is rude, unprofessional and accused us of lying over and over again. Never takes responsibility for anything and whole experience been terrible. Pool still not working and Hi Temp no where to be found. Stay away.
Send complaint in under 5 days. 14 of 22 days fibre down despite taking my money. Issue is a simple switch up the road after the first issue. But continuing to hide behind ISP and re-provision lines. Stop hiding and take responsibility or just give me my money back and tell me you are useless. Happy to move to other providers. EMBARRASSING SERVICE
5 days without any feedback to fix a fault. Countless calls and communication between my ISP and you. Neither takes responsibility despite taking my money happily. Did not have any issues with LinkAfrica. Since you and Supersonic decided to change me for some reason...3 outages this year alone. STAY AWAY FROM METROFIBRE IS MY ADVICE
