AMVIRAL GROUP ***** - Paid me for batteries, misused them and have filed a charge back with card issuer !
BEWARE of AMVIRAL GROUP ! This company bought 12v Lithium batteries from my company in Aug of 2023. Based on the questions received and the answers given prior to concluding any sale, it was clear that their technical knowledge of electronics was not good at all! Before any sale had taken place, I explained that the batteries cannot be used in Series connection as per the product description on the product page of our website. I was involved in a whats App chat with both Bev and Dimitri where I explained this again, twice more! They later sent me a message showing me the batteries connected in series claiming they do not work and when I pointed out this major mistake I was rudely told by Dimitri, the owner of Amviral Group that "it does not matter" and "Any lithium battery can be connected in series" I reminded him that it says "DO NOT CONNECT IN SERIES" on the product description page and that I advised the same via Whats app prior to the sale ! Amviral then demanded a refund from me claiming the batteries were used, old and scratched despite there being no mention of this upon delivery or prior to them making use of the batteries! When I declined any refund due to my product being misused- I was threatened that a SAPS case would be opened and aggressive action would be taken and that they may initiate a class action law suit ! Can you believe that someone goes this far after misusing a product even after being informed and forewarned how "not to" connect the batteries but still goes ahead and does so and after being corrected still wants their money back - I am now writing this as the credit card processor has received a charge back request from Amviral Group who want their money back after damaging the batteries through misuse and using contrary to instructions! In my opinion Amviral is run by some very dishonest people with bad intentions and who are simply not able to own their own mistakes and want others to pay the costs for their mistakes! BEWARE OF AMVIRAL GROUP- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

***WARNING TO OTHERS**** Claims products are faulty but when categorically proven wrong, apologizes in private BUT, then slanders us online without mentioning all the facts and making up false statements. Owner not good to conduct business with !!

Please report this store to: hosting(at)internet.co.za and merhcantsupport(at)payfast.co.za Advise them that theyr are hosting and processing payments for a fraudulent site. We will get them shut down. I too was scammed !

RELAIBLESTORE.CO.ZA STAY AWAY ! ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND THEY DONT CARE TO RESOLVE WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED !
STAY AWAY from these crooks ! I ordered a water pump and another item. I receievd a package with the incorrect pump and no 2nd item, I emailed and called them to advise that the product received was wrong and they promised to arrange collection. That was a month back and 6 emails later they still havent refunded Or pickd up the product ! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE AND RENAME THE WEBSITE TO : UNRELIABLESTORE.CO.ZA !! NEVER EVER AGAIN ! ORDER 45044

***ually Harrassed and then kicked out of School for No Reason at All !!!
My daughter started school at Synaptic College in January of this year and I believe this was a terrible choice and a sad excuse for a school ! I have retained documented facts and communications between the school and myself over the following: In the short time that my child had attended the school there was an obvious pattern of many free lessons whereby teachers were not present for lessons or simply told the learners to “play on your phones” when it was class time. School was a month into the year when learners were finally given their text books and uniforms and it seemed very dis-organised but I gave them the benefit of the doubt… Soon after starting to attend Synaptic College , My daughter complained to me about a certain boy who, was ***ually harassing her verbally and so I complained to the school as any parent would. The same boy then became physical after he was told-on and tried to push my daughter down the stairs! On another occasion she was punched by the same boy ! which; became my 3rd complaint to the school about the boy! Each time my complaints were brushed off by the headmistress claiming that there was no evidence ! and therefore it did not happen! After she was punched, I expressed that I would not tolerate this and requested a face to face meeting with the headmistress. At this meeting I was basically told that my child was lying and none of what she said is true! Oh and that there is no evidence of any of this. I expected more as the headmistress herself is a woman and that she would ensure the safety of girls in her school and condemn Boy on girl violence but I was mistaken ! I do believe that this harassment could have been stopped if the school would have only done something about it from the beginning but nothing was done! After numerous written complaints and after a face to face meeting with the headmistress this same boy continued harassing my daughter by sending ***ual messages to my her over Whatsapp- He was blocked and screenshots shared with the headmistress. Only then did the headmistress “Have a chat with his parents” and no apology for being wrong about the whole matter or labelling my child as a liar! I honestly expected more such as suspension/ hearings or some sort of discipline to take place as per the schools’ code of conduct- But none of this was done! Anyway I trusted that the harassment would cease and that there would be no further problems. School holidays came around and were just about over until the day before Term2 was to begin I was contacted by the Headmistress and informed that my daughter would not be allowed back to Synaptic college !! Yes, the day before the start of Term 2 !! When I queried the reason why, the headmistress could not give me an answer. My child was left without a school just 1 day before the start of Term 2 and having invested thousands in uniform, books, registration fees and other fees I was also refused a refund to an approximate value of R6000. I have asked , queried, requested and even demanded a reason why she is not allowed back to school and to date have not received any reason as to why she is not allowed back ! Whatsoever at all ! None of the directors of the school to date have been able to give me any reason let alone a valid reason as to why she is not allowed back at Synaptic college or what she did that could be deemed so bad that she would not be allowed back…..All of this after being victimized at Synaptic College. This is a sorry excuse for a school and a gross injustice on a young girl. I would never recommend anyone to use Synaptic college or Mindscape- You are a disgrace to schooling, a disgrace to headmasters and should be ashamed of your actions and should NEVER be entrusted with anyone’s children. Ever. You have abused your position as headmaster and abused the power entrusted to you by the parents of the children attending your school - Shame on you !
