I have only received excellent service from Dotsure. They care for you and your animal. When my pet passed away, they fed a shelter animal for a whole month and when i submitted a claim for illness i received a personalized get well card. My claim was settled within 30mins of submitting and paid out on the same day. I would recommend Dotsure to anyone interested . The agents are friendly and caring well Done
I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. My husband arranged a surprise weekend for my birthday and a month before we were supposed to go, we sufferer a house fire, our house burnt down and my husband sustained serious injuries and was in ICU for two weeks. Mooiplasie refused to move the weekend booking to another weekend, and also refused to refund our money already paid. Apparently we do not understand how her industry works?? We were not cancelling but merely requesting she move it to another weekend when my husband was out of hospital and able to attend. This is absolutely shocking and i do not care how nice it is or how many animals you see, I would prefer to deal with people whom actually have a heart and compassion!!!!!! Its not like we asked for out house to burn down, but apparently this event did not fit into her industry and how it works. When my friend tried to give her weekend away, she called to try and secure another room and she was advised the place id fully booked, yet we still did not receive out 80% refund. Now they are claiming it was not booked. The lady has a terrible attitude and is not at all helpful. (I only rated one star just so that i could upload the post - they deserve a -5 star)
Absolutely shocking service. Inverter was fixed and installed, and they received payment over a month ago. The inverter did not work, and numerous appointments were made, but the technician never pitched up nor did they have the decency to advise that they are not coming or why. Last week the inverter caused us to not be able to use the toaster, microwave, hairdryer ect and I had to purchase a heavy-duty extension to enable me to get electricity from a neighbour. I called the company and i was advised that they will come out on Friday, then Friday became Monday (and obviously no one came) and now on Tuesday I get told they don't have vehicles available, and the manager is missing in action?? Can the manager not use his personal car to bring the technician here? I have asked for the manager to call me, and surprise this has not happened. Wish i could get the service that other people have received.
