Please, explain why? How do I get penalised for an item that was paid for while there were funds in the account??? Over -R200 #EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS ON 25/07/ + #SERVICE FEES -R179.14.....
Cancelled my subscription last month! Whenever I make a follow-up, I'm given a new reference number. I need Rain to collect their router and reimburse my money into my account. Why hold us hostage if we no longer need your services? What's more annoying than being told, "A billing representative will be in touch"? It's been 3000 years later!!!
Hosting with these scammers now we can't retrieve or move our domain. Is there anyone else experiencing the same bad service from Solid Hosting? Please assist on how solve this issue... There our website can't be accessed, it just dissappeared without a trace.
