I cannot even give them one star. I do not know why shops use these useless people! My previous parcel from Jhb, marked for Belabela in Limpopo, took a turn in Bloemfontein in the Freestate. Took 2 weeks to reach me. My current parcel from Cape Town, is on route to Polokwane, who does not deliver in Belabela. They will hence forward the parcel to Pretoria, who only delivers in Bela once a week. Considered " remote".!!! It will thus be 2 weeks since I made a purchase to delivery.
I would like to give a special thumbs up for Neli and King in the Jockey customer service side. I only wear Jockey and have to shop online because I live in a remote area. Outstanding service.
Do not buy from Miladys on your Cheq/ Cash card. They cannot process your return to your card and have to give you cash . They do not keep a float, so you have to guess when a customer bought cash, otherwise they force you to take a voucher and thus force you to to buy from them again. I am done with them.
After my previous negative review about communication issues, I have to do a 360 degrees turn with my latest experience with King and also with Neli . Excellent customer service from both.

The most useless Courier in South Africa! Parcel posted in Johannesburg destined for Limpopo now sits in Bloemfontein in the Freestate . Maybe they should rename to Slow way!!

My problems did not stop at returning the parcel. Ram couriers collected the parcel from me on 8 January to return to Bash. On 10 January they arrive on my doorstep with my very returned parcel. I spend 2 hours, my airtime, on the phone to Bash who keep cutting me off and with RAM couriers who have no ****** clue what they are doing!! I still have no idea what is going on.
